Deer Canyon’s Two Phases

Phase I home sites are nearer to the preserve entrance, and have mountain, mesa and town views.  Right now there are several lots to choose from, many within walking distance to Goat Canyon’s recreational trails!  Phase II home sites run along the northwesterly and westerly side of enchanting Chupadera Mesa.  They offer stunning views to the many area mountain ranges, rolling hills and the valley.  And, even the train from some parcels!

A Few Things to Know

The Preserve has been carefully designed to blend roads, utilities and home sites into the topography without disrupting the natural flow patterns of the wildlife.  Private roads and driveways are already in.   Site-built homes are required, shared well systems provide water, and underground electrical is in place to property lines.  Buyer is responsible for all other utilities to the home site.  Mobile and manufactured homes are not allowed, and neither is hunting, off-roading or recreational ATV activity.
